I am writing this letter to express in writing the great satisfaction I have personally achieved through your BOOTCAMP program. The results from the program are attributes for a lifestyle change that has had an enormous impact upon not only myself but my family as well.
I have been involved with sport for as long as I can remember with the primary one being Rugby League. Through this I have always been a preacher of how exercises is important to the wellbeing of ones body. Although I was a preacher I was not the practitioner, which has been evident in my fitness levels and body shape.
In September 09 I hesitantly walked into GYM UFO to see what Jamie had in mind, after he told me a few facts about the ageing process and what would be expected if exercise was not part of a weekly routine. After some initial tests on my fitness and health, Jamie put in place a program consisting of both cardio and strength training. After several weeks some results were evident.
BOOTCAMP 09, what is this I thought, there is no way I am doing that, you have to be fit to do that. Then Sharon stepped in and through her persuasions, I reluctantly and hesitantly relented and signed up to what was a major turning point in my health and strength. The sessions where very well conducted and through great delight they were designed to cater for all participants fitness levels and strength. These sessions were a real eye opener as the group as a whole completed all aspects of the required tasks. Jamie & Joey have done a great job with the design of the programs which gives me not only great results for my health, but great confidence in myself.
I have been undertaking GTS within the Gym and am looking forward to the next BOOTCAMP in February 2010.
