UFO Group Training
UFO Group Training Sessions (GTS) are all conducted and designed by Master Trainers of UFO. These are small intensive sessions to target overall fitness, strength, flexibility and core conditioning. These group training sessions allow the Trainer to concentrate on each individual ensuring 100% in technique and performance, allowing you to workout safely under the guidance of a professional to prevent injury. These are not pre choreographed exercise classes or dance classes.

GTS - $15 per Session
- BODY BLAST – 45mins Full body workout using own body weight, consisting of low + high impact exercises. Moderate Intensity
- BODY TOOL KIT – 45mins Full body and core conditioning session using fitball, theraband, free weights and mat Low to Moderate Intensity
- BODY EXCEL – 45mins High energy cardio and boxing combinations. Full body workout to improve cardiovascular fitness. High Intensity
- LIVING STRONGER LIVING LONGER – 45mins Light pace circuit session using resistance (machines and free weights) and cardio. Beginners and over 50 yrs gentle exercise Low to Moderate Intensity
- UFO CIRCUIT – 1 hour High energy full body workout consisting of resistance and cardio exercise for strength and improve fitness. Moderate to High Intensity
