UFO Group Training

UFO Group Training Sessions (GTS) are all conducted and designed by Master Trainers of UFO. These are small intensive sessions to target overall fitness, strength, flexibility and core conditioning. These group training sessions allow the Trainer to concentrate on each individual ensuring 100% in technique and performance, allowing you to workout safely under the guidance of a professional to prevent injury. These are not pre choreographed exercise classes or dance classes.
